The 1st vibra low rider rally hosted by the FEDERATION OF SMALL BIKERS CLUB OF PHILS. was held on January 15, 2011 at Parkmall, Mandaue city. This event was a version of sinulog street vibrations, which was exclusive for 400cc below. There was a short ride from parkmall, downtown of cebu, south road properties, minglanilla to naga & vice versa. In the evening we have free concert, games, drinks & lot more.
