This is my very first time to travel the famous transcentral hi-way the mountain side of cebu city. This is the shortcut road to balamban, north west towns of cebu. When you're in transcentral you can buy cook sweet corn, vegetables, fruits sold along the road. Along the way to balamban you can enjoy the scenery & experience a lot of fog that can cause almost zero visibility on the road.
